Norfolk Probation Area will achieve positive outcomes for offenders, victims, staff and other stakeholders by delivering:
1. Offender Management which both holds offenders to account and recognises the value of each individual and their capacity to change
2. Interventions delivered both in-house and in partnership with a range of voluntary and private organisations to meet the identified needs of offenders which are linked to their offending
3. Protection from serious harm for the people of Norfolk by close inter-agency working with other organisations within the Criminal Justice System
4. Reassurance for victims of crime through the reduction of re-offending and the effective management of offenders
5. Development and training opportunities for staff which enable them to be properly skilled to carry out their different roles within NPA
6. A safe and healthy working environment which promotes the development of individuals' potential
7. An organisational culture which promotes positive role models and behaviour
